MULTI-JACKBOLT TENSIONERS

Superbolt tensioners offer you simple and cost-effective tightening of large size bolts. Your joints can be tightened with high accuracy without requiring specialized skills or heavy tooling.A wide range of tensioners is available in the standard series, as well as an unlimited capacity to create special designs to meet your unique needs.

CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS

We have made specials up to 1500mm diameter and products for operating temperatures of 700°C (1292ºF). SUPERBOLT TOOL

Superbolt Multi-Jackbolt Tensioners (MJTs) allow users to tighten large bolts accurately with simple hand tools. The new Superbolt Tool adds an extra layer of speed to this solution by tightening all the jackbolts simultaneously.

Although Superbolt tensioners are already quick and easy to use, the added speed of the Superbolt Tool can benefit those who use a high number of MJTs and/or those who have frequent maintenance schedules, as the Tool reduces installation and removal times considerably.

SUPERBOLT EZFIT

EzFit mechanical expansion bolts offer tremendous radial expansion and joint clamping power in one bolting system. They are specially designed for rotating couplings or alignment systems that require the bolts to transfer forces in shear.This innovative product replaces large fitted or interference fit bolts, no modifications required. The key to this solution is the split expansion sleeve that mates with the customers' machined holes. The split sleeve requires less tolerance on mating parts than is traditionally required with interference fit, saving critical machining time.
