What does this system do for you?

1. ASME & ECITB Certified Bolting Specialist Assess and Help in the planning of shutdown

2. This team will also audit the tools and equipment to be used in this shutdown to ensure there is no compromising of integrity.

3. Bolting Specialist use our state-of-the-art software to devise the proper procedure for re-torquing of the flanges.

4. Procedures will then be uploaded to Procedure control system to ensure proper execution and Torque values used. Our Hardware will be used to capture and confirm the stage by stage process of the joint from initial De-torqueing to Gasket change-out to final alignment and Re-torquing.

5. Our Torq-Comm technologies is adaptable to any brand of equipment. This will also give a feedback on the contractors' competence for operations, following of procedures and job completion reports/certificates. 

6. Reports will then be available on the IQ FMS Cloud base Search engine for future reference.

7. Throughout this process from Start of job to completion, Systems engineers will be producing critical and customizable reports to supervisors, superintendents and inspectors on job milestones
